Zipsite Solutions
$49. The file only. No staffing contract.

Create your own digital company.

We give you the exact steps to do it and earn without having your own staff.

What $49 is

$49 buys the playbook file. Staffing is a separate step.

  • The file is those steps: the niche, the price, the scripts, and the proposal.
  • You sell under your brand. Zipsite delivers white-label. You keep the client and the markup. That difference is the earn. It is not a promised income.
  • Staffing starts only after you apply and both sides agree the role, the scope, and the monthly price in writing.
  • If the file will not open, email hello@zipsitesolutions.com within 7 days. Zipsite replaces the file or refunds the $49.

The work is already in your world

A customer wants someone to answer the phone, keep the books tidy, post on social, or finish the website. Hiring that person yourself is one way. Sending them to another company is the other.

You can sell the same work under your name, at your price. When the client says yes, Zipsite staffs a vetted virtual assistant or developer, checks the work, and replaces them if the fit is wrong. Your client still calls you.

Where this path started

In 2003, Maida Barrientos already knew that computers, applications, and the internet would build the future. That year she started zipsite.net, during the Yahoo era. Telecommuting was already part of the work, before it became the default.

The first clients came for web development. That work turned into full-time management and concierge: staying on after the site was up.

A partner can sell the same path. Start with the website a client asks for, then stay on to manage the work. You sell it under your brand. Zipsite staffs the delivery.

Numbers you can open and check

These are public figures, with the source on each card. They are not Zipsite results. The 2016 call study is old and small. It is included because it is a primary count, and the page says so.

37.8%

of calls answered live

In a 30-day watch of 85 small businesses across 58 industries, 37.8% of calls were answered, 37.8% went to voicemail, and 24.3% got no response. Published January 2016. The sample is small. It is still the primary study people cite.

What the $49 file gives you

The playbook is the exact steps: who to call, what to charge, and what to send. The Partner Program is the team that does the work after a client pays you, and only after a written quote.

Who to sell to first

A niche and a one-sentence offer you can say to people who already trust you.

A price that leaves margin

A calculator so the client price covers staffing and still pays you.

Your first five clients

Where those clients usually already are: your inbox, your customers, your network.

Words you can send today

Outreach scripts for the conversation, so you are not staring at a blank email.

Proposal and scope

A proposal and a statement of work you can put your logo on.

Onboarding and weekly reports

What the client receives on day one, and every week after, under your name.

Who is fit for the role

Scorecards for a VA or a developer, so you know what “good” looks like before anyone starts.

A course can teach the pitch. It cannot do the work.

After you are accepted, you sell under your brand. Zipsite puts a vetted virtual assistant or developer on the work, in the tools your client already uses. The client pays you. You pay the staffing quote for that role. The difference is your margin while they stay. That quote is agreed in writing before anyone starts.

1

You close the client

Your logo on the proposal. Your name on the invoice. Your relationship.

2

We staff the role

Hiring, training, weekly reports, and a replacement if the fit is wrong.

3

You keep the margin

They pay your price. You pay a quoted rate for that role. The gap is yours.

You see the monthly rate for a role before you promise a client a start date.

The delivery team is already busy

These figures are Zipsite’s own: the delivery work behind your brand. They are not a partner’s income.

Run the wage against your price

The hourly rates are the May 2024 BLS medians. Everything else is a number you type. Change them until the gap looks like your business.

What the wage alone costs

$1,773

80 hours at $20.59/hour, plus the 7.65% employer FICA share. About $21,279 over twelve months of the same hours. Recruiting is not in this number.

If the client pays $2,500, the wage figure leaves $727 before software, missed time, and a replacement.

Type a staffing quote to see what would be left after Zipsite. We quote the role before any work starts.

Arithmetic on the numbers above. The $2,500 starting price is an example you can replace. This is not a forecast and not a Zipsite rate card.

The easy yes

Playbook
